Will Packages

A will is a foundational legal document that outlines how your assets will be distributed after your death and appoints guardians for minor children, with probate court overseeing the process. It’s ideal for individuals or couples with modest estates who want a simple, affordable plan without the upfront complexity of funding a revocable living trust. Your will can be Simple, or Include Tax Planning provisions and Complex distributions - discussed in detail below.

All Will Packages Include...

An Initial Meeting

In the initial meeting, we’ll review your family situation, assets, and goals through a focused 60-90 minute consultation (often virtual or in-office), gather details for customizing documents, and provide a clear flat-fee quote based on your needs. You’ll leave with a roadmap and next steps, ensuring the process feels straightforward and tailored from day one.

Draft Documents & Revisions

After our initial meeting, I will draft your documents and we will make any necessary revisions together.  During this process I will ensure that you fully understand your documents and that all your questions are answered.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Will

  • Durable Power of Attorney

  • Oregon Advance Directive

A Final Singing Meeting

Once we have revised your documents and all questions are answered, we will schedule a final appointment to execute your documents.
